This machine is the key equipment of approach flow system for paper machine.

Main Technical Data

Working Principle:

1. Injecting: The stock is injected by kow pressure spray jet to the discharge of air.

2. Impacting: The stock is impacted to the top of deaerator with fiber bundle in to stock broken into pieces, and the bundle stick onto the detachment of the air.

3. Falling Film: The stock injected o the top of deaerator formed liquid film moving around circuler inner surface and it is good to deaerator of the air.

4. Boiling: The inner pressure in deaerator could be maintained at boiling point by auto controlled vacuum system to ensure the aire in the deaerator be discharged in time.

Performance & Characterristic:

1. Realize deaerator by injecting, impacting, falling film and boiling etc.

2. Stablize the pulp consistency, flow volume and the pressure.

3. Contorl slime emerging, decrease impuityies, get better sheet formation and good quality paper.

4. Dewatering and drying fast and high production output.
